Onboarded as Grosvenor’s social agency to lead the rebrand and relaunch of the social channels associated to the reformed Grosvenor Sportsbook, Goat were tasked with completing an audit of existing channels, highlighting areas for improvements and then creating and implementing a social media strategy that would improve performance against their key KPIs – engagement, growth and community interaction.
As part of the strategy, we had a handful of content pillars that needed to be focussed on, including the social promotion of Grosvenor Sports weekly Premier League goalscorer prediction game, liaising with brand ambassadors to curate blog content for their website, in addition to conceptualising and writing engaging blog content around current sporting affairs in house. We also ran paid media activity looking to acquire new users to the Sportsbook, to enter the prediction game and drive traffic to blog content on site.
To support the social activity we were running on Grosvenor’s channels, we activated with influencers to engage with the social posts being published in order to spark conversation, leading to business highs in monthly engagements and community interactions, among numerous other KPIs.
