Nick is co-founder of The Goat Agency. Since founding the leading social media agency in 2015 alongside Arron Shepherd and Harry Hugo, the company has grown from 3 to over 120 staff, opened 3 international offices and works with everyone from Uber to ClassPass, Signet, Mars, FanDuel and Pepsico.

Harry set up his first business when he was 16, a football fan site network with 60 websites and over 500 global writers. He was then invited to write for Liverpool FC’s official website as an influential blogger. He then became Head of Social at Sportlobster by 18 and built relationships with every major influencer in the UK.
Since Harry founded Goat, the company has grown from 3 to over 120 staff in 4 years, with offices in London, New York and Singapore and has worked with brands including Football Manager, Nivea, Malibu and more. Agency relationships include Havas, BBH and Mediavest.
As Chief Campaign Officer Harry oversees campaign success, ensuring we hit every guaranteed KPI for our clients. Ensuring the strategic fit of our influencers with wider brand goals, his expertise in social media publishing and influencers enables Goat to drive real results for our clients. Harry also takes a proactive approach to advancing the industry and regularly feature at events and speaking panels.
Harry has been on the speaking circuit at both marketing conferences and universities since he started Goat. His notable talks have been at Integrated LIVE and the London Affiliate.

Arron is a serial investor and entrepreneur with years of experience in the digital marketing industry. At 23, Arron moved to Dubai and became Global Director of Business Development at The First Group. By 2012 Arron co-founded Sportlobster; where he built a team of over 60 staff, on-boarded over 2 million users and completed successful partnerships with Cristiano Ronaldo, the NBA, Crystal Palace, Sky and many other major sports brands.
After working client side, Arron together with former Sportlobster colleagues Harry Hugo and Nick Cooke, discovered the power of influencer marketing to drive real value for brands, this drove them to establish The Goat Agency and scale this to a wider market. Goat is the leading influencer marketing agency globally and has been named the 4th fastest growing agency in the world and the number 1 in Europe. 4 years later and Goat has over 120 staff, 3 international offices and runs global campaigns for the likes of Malibu, Lidl, Uber and more.
