How do you work with brands on their influencer marketing strategy?
We believe that influencer marketing performs when it’s central to a strategy, not an afterthought, so we work best as a side by side partner throughout your process. We will work with you to tackle your challenge or objective, whether that’s to grow brand awareness, drive consideration or sales, or to build brand relevance amongst a particular audience or niche community. Once we understand this, we’ll build a strategy and from there, we take care of everything from the influencer identification and contracting (through our ibex proprietary tech), to managing the campaign or activation from start to finish. At the end of a project, we deliver a post campaign analysis report so you can understand exactly what’s been achieved.
What influencer marketing services do you offer?
For a full range please visit our Services and Work pages. To summarise, we split our influencer services into five key buckets; strategy, discovery, content, amplification, commerce. These encompass everything from organic campaigns, content creation, influencer events and brand trips, ambassador programs, influencer-paid media, influencer commerce, and placing influencer in other media such as programmatic, OOH and digital.
Why go with an influencer marketing agency like Goat vs in-house?
We ultimately want you to go with whatever is right for you and for some brands, this is developing their influencer services in-house. However we would argue that there are very few brand teams that have the capabilities, technology, data and expertise that we have at Goat. This is because we are truly specialized in influencer and social media marketing and have spent 10+ years leading the industry. We have strong relationships with talent management agencies and influencers from across a range of niches, we’ve worked with brands in every sector, and we have strategic partnerships with the social media platforms.
Do you do paid media as well as organic?
Yes. In fact, Goat pioneered influencer-led paid media as a channel (where you boost influencer content through the influencer’s own channel vs through the brand channel). We have a dedicated paid media department who are experts in getting the right content in front of the right audiences at the right time!
Where are you based?
As of June 2025, we have offices and Goats on the ground in 37 markets across APAC, EMEA and North and South America. Our Global HQs are in London and New York. We are remote-first meaning we do not force our employees to work from an office. However, many of our Goats to really enjoy being in person so the majority of our UK and North American team operate in a hybrid way.
Do you manage any influencer talent?
No, Goat is not a talent management agency so we do not manage or represent any creators or influencers. We prefer this approach as it means we are completely neutral in our influencer selection. Clients never need to worry that we’re pushing certain creators because we represent them!
Who will I work with?
Your designated team will vary based on the nature of the campaign. Every client will have at least one Account Management person from our Client Services team to serve as the main point of contact. Then depending on the project, you may also work with Goats from across Campaigns, Strategy, Paid Media and Operations.
How do we get started?
Get in touch with us today via the online form on our Contact page. A member of the team will then reach out for more information around what you’re looking for from an influencer marketing agency. Usually we like to jump on an intro call too if there’s time! Once we’re sure we’re the right fit, one of our Client Managers will work with you to ensure a smooth process from Brief to Proposal. Hopefully you choose to work with us and in that case you’ll be introduced to your official Goat team to determine next steps and hit the ground running.
