Goat Founders, Arron Shepherd, Harry Hugo and Nick Cooke, met while working brand-side for a social media network in 2012. It was there they discovered the power of what was yet to be known as influencers. Through partnering with and sponsoring social media users and fan pages, they drove huge ROI and acquisition, growing the platform to 2.5 million users in just 3 years.
Realizing that online creators were essentially a new media channel, and believing this would be the next big thing for brands, they took the leap and founded Goat in 2015.
Their mission was to be the kind of agency that they wish they could work with; one that was innovative, creative and could guarantee results. To this day, everyone at Goat lives by these principles.
Since 2015, we have tracked the performance of over 100K influencers and 500K pieces of content, building an unmatched set of data and insights.

This has enabled us to grow to 400+ employees, open offices in the UK, USA and Singapore, and in 2019, we were named Europe’s fastest growing agency by Adweek. We’ve also been shortlisted for the 2022 Campaign Global Agency of the Year Awards.
