International Women’s Day 2024: Inspiring Inclusion in Marketing and Media


Hear from agency marketers at The Goat Agency, GroupM, EssenceMediacom and Mindshare.

The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is #InspireInclusion.

We wanted to find out what this means to some of the women working at Goat, as well as our fellow GroupM agencies.

We invited nine pairs of women from different teams across the business for a relaxed, informal discussion about their experiences working in marketing and media, their biggest challenges and the advice they’d give to future generations entering the industry, and the positive steps they wish to see the industry taking to create more inclusivity.

For each conversation, we paired one woman in a senior leadership position with a “Future Leader”. What did they have to say and what can they learn from each other? Watch the video below to find out!
